Don't do business here. I had an article of clothing monogrammed here and they messed it up twice. They made excuses both times and never apologized. The first time they did try to correct the mistake but again could not follow directions. The order was written up correctly but evidently the monogrammer is going to do it however she wants to anyway. The owner did not care when I contacted her about the store after being very frustrated. I now have a $150 coat that will be hanging in the closet thanks to them.
