The worst service I have ever experienced. It had been 10 hours since my prescription was called in and it still is not ready. Will be moving everything in the morning. Very disappointed.

This has got to be the "clusterF" of all CVS stores. One and a half hours wait for a pain med. We waited while a black girl talked on her cell and did nothing for the 8 people waiting in line. I'll never set foot in CVS any where again, for any thing.

I have rarely picked up a prescription without a problem. I have never been to such an unorganized, unhelpful pharmacy. The staff never seem to know what's going on, when I call the wait time is usually 8 minutes before I speak to a person and most likely the answer is "we're busy, I don't know" or " we're very behind so call back" then click they hang up! I'm going to find another pharmacy today that my insurance will take because I can not take these incompetent people anymore.

Pharmacy must be VERY understaffed. Every visit there it is like a three ring circus. The lines are long and there always seem to be a tremendous amount of confusion amongst the staff. Not conducive to getting in and out so you can take care of your sick loved one or yourself!
