I went to art butler auto sales to buy my 03 murano 11/15/2009 because i thought this "local family owned" business would actaully care about selling QUALITY pre-owned vehicles to other locals. I WAS WRONG!! It is now 11/18/2010. 6 wks after buying my suv i had to REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION, no help from the butlers, just a "sorry bout ur luck" attitude. sice then, i have HAD TO REPLACE BOTH STRUTS, OIL PAN, ALL OIL LINES, PULLEY SYSTEM, BROKEN BRACKETS (that nissan said had been broken for a long time and should have been noticed if the car was even looked at before being sold) AND UPPER AND LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS. $10,000 later, we are celebrating making it to one yr. with our car.
