Replaced a window in my new home and was very careless. The guy did not bring the correct tool in to remove the existing window and beat the frame until it came out leaving marks. Also, the window was not near the color of the other Windows. He also scratched the screen and made a small hole. The paint was knocked off the trim below the window inside my home The window was paid for by the sellers. I called and tried to get help but the only thing the guy offered to do was replace the screen and said it wouldn't match the other screens. This has bothered me for a month. I haven't been in my new home long. I just want people to aware of what can happen to you.
