Very disappointing experience. Installation was very poor. New carpet had to be reordered, and reinstalled. We still weren't happy. The new carpet was left with many snags, and didn't reach the wall in places.

My wife and I built a new house this year and we had used Mandy once before for our livingroom carpet. We wanted to everything on our new house special and we were not disappointed.
