I called to set up an appointment and the guy never showed up. i then got a message stating that he had been by to do the estimate...which is kind of odd considering he didn't come at the time of the appointment. Maybe he came when we weren't home but I am not happy with that. Then I called to set up an appointment for them to come fix it but the lady said that I had to pay 50% up front. I find this to be rediculous. why can't i pay when the job is complete? what if i am not satisfied with the work? they will BE at my house and know where i live, so what is the logic? Then when i spoke with a lady on the phone and voiced my concerns with the initial service she made no apologies and seemed fine with losing business. This is a disappointment since this company was recommended to me and has been around the Akron area for quite some time. I chose another company and was very happy

Fast quality service. I was greeted with a smile. Received quality service and glass at a fair price. Local family owned business. I would recommend them to anyone needing new or replacement glass.
