      Business History
      Attorney Archie W. Skidmore became licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1955. The Firm was specialized in real estate law, banking law, and corporate, commercial and individual civil litigation. Archie represented some well known commercial and residential builders in Summit County, Ohio. The firms expertise in real estate and banking led to an expertise in bankruptcy law. Archie's sons Brian and Eric Skidmore worked in the Firm as staffers and law clerks as they attended Firestone High School in the late 1970's and college and law school throughout the 1980's. During the high school years, the Skidmore Family came to know and develop a deep trusted friendship with Spiros Vasilatos, Jr., who also clerked at the Firm, while attending law school. Spiros, Brian and Eric joined the Firm after graduation and brought additional expertise in the areas of probate and estate law and divorce,dissolution and family law.
