The Manager here is confrontational, hostile rude and disrespectful.I'd even say racist against african americans, She is UNBELIEVABLY nasty to people for no reason. I've lived here for 3 years without a single incident, no late rent, and out of the blue she literally told grandson and daughter to get out. The only contact I have ever had with her was to sign my lease, Who knew that a woman could be so conniving underhanded and blatantly lie on people as well as curse at them and be a person in a position of customer service, and get paid for it. I will post this review on every website I can find and discourage ANYONE from living here due to this one bad apple, and avoid being treated as less than a person. Hopefully the people above her will wake up and realize that they will continue to lose residents and potential renters because the actions of this one individual KELLY FRANCHER. Next will be reporting her to the united tenants association along with many other renters.

The management lady is so rude I could not believe it. It's like she doesn't even want to talk to you. Worst customer service ever. I will go on every website I can to leave reviews so people can make better choices. Do not move here please.

I lived there for 14years an the last to months was the worst. The office manager that was there Ms. Linda was the best but the lady that is there now is so bad I have been waiting on my deposit for three weeks now. Glad I am not there I help them rent About 20 units an never got a thank you
