      This Holiday season is the second time at your store. The TV Commercials are so miss-leading of the truth of the store. I went at Christmas time last year and was very disappointed. So I wanted to give it a second chance. The store was a total disaster, couldn't find any sales help on the floors and when going to ask for help, the floor manager or supervisor was very rude to me. I did end up spending money but won 't make the long trip there again. Wasn't worth it. Very disappointed.
