Do not go to this store. First they gave me two sizes too large. My whole body was in pain for 2 days because of this. They do not know how to measure feet. When I returned the items, instead of reimbursing me, they charged me an additional $142. If you don't want the hassle of incompetent people, don't go to this store.

2 months ago, i bought my first pair of fleet feet sneakers. this store and my new sneakers are amazing! i was apprehensive about going in the store because i was a walker, not a runner, but the person waiting on me helped me feel right at ease and assured me that running shoes are good for walking too. He measured my feet in all sorts of ways, then told me i'd be better off wearing a larger shoe size than i had been wearing my whole adult life. he also said i was overpronating my feet and sold me some sneakers that could help. since i got these sneakers, my chronic knee pain is better, my chronic back pain is better i'm able to jog for the first time in years, and i'm losing weight--amazing what a difference the right pair of shoes can make. thank you fleet feet!!
