Recently ordered some ecoprocote concrete stain from this business with fedex ground shipping. Was told I would receive a call back with tracking number. Two days after money was removed from my account, I called Green Depot Albany to be told the product was shipped that morning.They also gave me a non existent tracking number. Three days later, I called fedex ground shipping and was told that they received the product for shipping the day before. Only three businesses in NY sell this specific product. Unfortunately I chose the one with an inept shipping department. By the way, the shipping distance is 100 miles. I would not be writing this negative review but for the fact that whenever I would call the business, and speak to the same person as before, I was given various excuses to hide the fact that fedex never recieved the product until 5 days after I had ordered it. Great products. If you need them, spend the extra money on gas. Just don't depend on the shipping department.
