This organization lacks on customer service skills. Do not keep dates to start the job, do not return calls. I worked with an Associate never call back and when he did it was three weeks after. made arrangements for an installation date and he calls with a different new date up to four (4) weeks later from the one set up. It seems that no one cares. I will never recommend Sears Home Improvement. The worse is I am making payments and no siding.
