Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Budagher & Associates provides professional counsel on a variety of legal issues. One of our main focuses is tax law, including IRS disputes, tax planning, and litigation. We also handle wills and estate planning documents, and manage probate. We can preside over guardianship and conservatorship transfers. Our practices also works in family law, personal injury, corporate law, and many criminal misdemeanors. We are a father and son team. John A. Budagher has an LLM in estate planning from the University of Miami, and is a court appointed mediator. John III is currently pursuing an LLM in taxation from the University of Alabama, and has experience in representing low-income parties in family law cases. Sandi, John's wife and John III's mom, works as our paralegal. Our family is happy to take on your case, no matter how challenging.
