I have been dealing with these people for years and have been very satisfied with the prices and the helpful personel. I have never had a problem the few times I have needed to return a part. Usually issues were pilot errors on my part that the people there cheerfully helped me fix. My experience has been the opposite of that of the other reviewer.

I purchased a motherboard from this store based on the recommendation of the so call (technition) sells person.Not only was it the wrong part but he refuse to exchange it for the right part.I left that place vowing to never buy there again.That guy is a THEIF!
