Really great company to be doing business with. Sales people are patient with even the tiniest details of what needs to be done about those darn rates! Friendly customer service people that are concerned with getting the business up and running asap if you ever have a problem. A++

This is a Great Company with which to do business. They are always very responsive to our needs. Questions are handled promptly and professionally. We are getting value for the service they provide and their pricing is more than competitive. We have actually saved money over using our bank's similar service (I found out that the bank contracts out for their service). I've cut out a middle-man and the the savings go directly to the bottom line.

Electronic Merchant Systems is the credit card processor to go with! The sales team delivered all information upfront and truthfully. Their customer service department is friendly and exceptional at answering questions about my account and equipment. Their rates beat all processors!

Out of all the processors out there, Electronic Merchant Systems offers the cheapest most reliable service. They were able to take a statement from the company I used to process with, compare it to the rates they could offer me, and needless to say the savings was incredible. EMS knowledgable sales team thoroughly explained how pricing worked so there were no surprises on our first statement and their technical support team is always available and able to walk me through any situation with quickness and ease. I know working with EMS, I will be getting the lowest rates in the industry along with great customer service and technical support.

The first processing company that I could work one on one with the staff, very refreshing to be able to speak with a human being that actually seemed to care about me as a customer. Have referred associates, and they seem to be very pleased as well!!

Straight forward pricing which is quite a bit lower than my last 3 processing companies, and I can actually read my statement without the help of my accountant.
