Just had a very old piano roll cabinet refinished by Sparkle Upholstery. This piece is about 100 years old and was showing its age. When it was delivered to me after the refinishing (they will pick up and deliver), it was absolutely beautiful and perfectly done. Although the cost was a bit more than I was hoping, I would recommend Sparkle to anyone who needs furniture refinishing done. Their work was done to perfection and the cabinet is ready for another 100 years.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had part of well-used sectional repaired (damaged arm, springs tightened) and the cushions re-stuffed. Looks like new again. Will definitely use Sparkle in the future.

Sparkle Upholstery deserves 10 stars! Outstanding customer service from start to finish and delivery before the expected date. The workmanship is first class - the new slipcovers for our 2 wing chairs fit so well, they look like they've been upholstered. We took Julie's wise advice and opted for new seat cushions, which look amazing and the chairs are now more comfortable than before. I gave them an impossiblee plaid to work with (sorry Won) and Julie ordered the fabric for the contrasting piping - and I never had to leave my home! I've been having furniture slipcovered and re-upholstered for 40+ years, and, without a doubt, Sparkle is the best! Great experience. My doggie chewed up one of my sofa's main seating cushions. I brought in my original slip cover and what remained of the original foam, and was able to get a replaced foam cushion that same day at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs quick, professional, and quality replacement cushions.

Great business to work with - very professional in their approach. Explained in detail what they were going to do, gave me a cost upfront and had the product ready when promised. I dropped my cushions off in the morning and got them back the same day. The price was very reasonable and the product received exceeded my expectations. This is my 2nd time using Sparkle. This time I had two matching couches re-upholstered as well as the dining room chairs. I called and was able to come in that weekend to have my slipper cushions restuffed. My chairs feel brand new! When I'm ready to have them reupholstered, I'm definately bringing the chairs to Sparkle. They did a great job and they were very nice.

My wife and I purchased a pair of matching chairs and ottoman at an antique store. We were uncertain as to whether we should go with a professional upholstery business or someone who worked out of their home. After stopping by for a quote, we knew we had come to the right place. Julie and her husband were not only professional and a great pleasure to work with, they pay meticulous attention to every detail. They gave us a precise quantity for the fabric we ordered. The chairs and ottoman originally had elaborate tufting and piping, which they replicated perfectly. The fabric's pattern was matched flawlessly at every seam. The original stuffing was a bit flat so they replaced all of it for next to nothing, creating a like new comfort while maintaining the original integrity and design. Julie and her husband finished the job in the amount of time promised and both came to deliver the finished product to our house. We could not be happier with our decision.

Unique to Sparkle Upholstery is their response to your requests. When you give them a job to do, it is done in the time period they quoted to you. The quality of their work is excellent, flawless. I recently had two (2) chairs, and two (2) ottermans reupholstered and the quality of fabric's used and workmanship was excellent. In the course of the past 15 years, we have had Sparkle Upholstery reupholster three chairs, a sofa, replace foam in the cushions of another sofa, re-enforce a wobbly bedroom vanity bench, refinish a dining room table top and refinish the wooden arms on two chairs. Additionally, the company has replaced springs, etc as needed and when refinishing wood, has matched the reworked area to match the original wood. Needless to say, we have been very happy with the workmanship and the service and will continue to use Sparkle Upholstery.

What a gem! Superb customer service, excellent delivery and wonderful work. Delivery was on time and as promised. Had three pieces in my living room upholstered this past fall and was so pleased. The free pick and delivery is a real plus as is the local workroom. Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future!!!!

I just had Sparkle replace the foam in my 10 year old couch cushions (the frame is still in really good shape) that were so soft you sank to the bottom. They could not have been nicer! They did the work within a day and put in high density foam and padding. What a difference!! They are so firm I love it! They will last another ten years and then on to a new couch. Contentment is a good thing and it can save you bundles of money also. But they were friendly and great customer service! Highly recommend them.

We have used Sparkle Upholstery many times and were always very happy with the results. Recently the upholstered a bed board and a chair for us. Both turned out beautiful. I just had back surgery in May and have been having trouble sitting in my favorite Lazy-Boy chair as a result of the cushion not providing enough support. I took the cushion in to SPARKLE and the manager, Julie Kim, discussed all the options for different replacement cushions. She understood exactly what would work for my specific situation and her husband (owner) actually completed the job in 10 minutes while I waited. We had nice conversation and in 10 minutes the cushion was completed just as described. I have not had any problems sitting in the Lazy-Boy with this new cushion. Julie (manager) and husband (owner) are true professionals with winning personalities. They came to our house and measured for a large sofa, two oversized chairs and an ottoman. They offered helpful suggestions and went on to complete the project in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I do not hesitate recommending them to anyone in need of upholstery work.

We had cushions made for a patio set (2 love seats, 5 chairs & stool) along with slings for the chairs that hold the cushions. They had to unassemble & reassemble the set in order to make the slings. They did a superior job. They also re-upholstered a living room couch and 4 chairs and they are beautiful. They were 30 yrs old and you can't find furniture build like that anymore. I am glad I took a chance on re-upholstery instead of new. I was hesitant because I did not have a good experience with re-upholstery in the 70's. Sparkle has a great selection of fabric and Julie is very helpful with colors, etc. I highly recommend Sparkle Upholstery and will certainly use them again if the need arises. P.Parker

This husband/wife team is a winning combo. They are professional, reasonably priced and do beautiful work. They are creative and "go beyond" in satisfying their customer. I just had cushions made for a wicker sofa and they picked up the sofa at no charge to assure that the fit would be perfect. I am a discriminating customer and have the highest regard for Sparkle Upholstery.

I already had a slipcover and just needed new foam for the back and seat of my sofa. I checked prices online, then called several local upholsterers. Either the owner/manager wasn't there and didn't return my call, or they acted like my job was too small to bother with. What a relief when Julie answered the phone! She worked patiently with me to determine the correct size and density of foam and called back promptly with a quote. The work was completed within 24 hours and even though there was a small problem, it was corrected quickly and cheerfully. Their showroom is centrally located with plenty of parking, they are friendly, their prices are competitive, and their workmanship is superior. I will definitely go directly to Sparkle next time I have upholstery needs.
