They are honest, have professional integrity, and will get the job done in a professional manner. This company is highly responsive, show up on time, and works quickly. The Gentleman Plumber is the best plumbing company I have encountered so far and I have hired a few since living in Alexandria for 21 years. The Gentleman Plumber's master plumber Andy Perkins has a great demeanor and really knows what he is doing. I had a very complicated situation at my house where another plumber from another company had come in and created a lot of problems and did not do the work up to code. Andy came in, quickly identified the issues and promptly remedied all of the problems in less time than I expected and the bill was extremely reasonable, because they work fast. I can't speak highly enough about this company! A diamond in the rough, a real find!!
