To make a long story short, this company was contracted to come out in Feb to install insulation in our attic. We were fine with that, however, I had a bomb dropped on me that my contract was not being renewed at my work site at the end of the month, which we all thought was a sure bet. Anyways, knowing that this is hitting us ( yay, Merry Christmas) my husband contacted Transnational Corporation in regards to our situation and spoke with the owner. The owner said to cancel the contract we will owe 25% of the total cost. Our cost was 2,400, + a $100.00 deposit, which equals out to $600. With a mortgage and everything else weighing in I am very worried, now this on top of it? I know any unemployment I receive is not going to even cover our basics. Thank you Transnational Corporation for making a bad situation even far worse.

Transnational just installed 2 doors. My old front door was really hard to open and close. I got Provia doors. Although a bit pricy but worth every penny! Good crew and good product. The dispatch guy was very helpful in making sure I got everything on time.

These guys did my windows and siding last week. Very good crew. Jay was the head guy and was easy to talk to. One thing I was a bit frustrated was, I wanted to climb on his ladder to check things out for myself but he told me due to Insurance policy reasons I can not climb and use his 2 story ladder. I was a bit insulted so I used my own. I guess I'm a bit picky use to be in construction so I was slightly insulted. Overall very happy.

They did my roof last week. I was a bit worried since the job had been postponed 2 times due to the rain but we finally got a good weather in. They did a good job and the head guy did a final walk around with me and my husband. Overall satisfied.

We experienced horrible customer service. We had our windows replaced two years ago and paid more than we had budgeted for under the assumption that these expensive, high quality windows were under warranty. The last couple of weeks we noticed that our bay window in the kitchen was starting to leek. The company refused to send anyone out to look to look at the window without paying, and suggested we file a claim with our home insurance. I advise that you go with a more reliable company that stands by their workmanship and delivers their promises.

Horrible experience with this company on a roofing job. The estimator came out and gave an approximation of price and stated that the back addition roof that is almost flat would just need regular roofing. I guess in the middle of the job, not so true. After clipping my elderly father for another $2000....they managed to crack the drywall in that room (a 2 foot crack). When asked to get it repaired, the owner asked "what is in it for me?'" Buyer beware!!! The owner is rude and a used car salesman mentality.....Go with Shiners...I wish I had.

Transnational Corporation is THE BEST company I've dealt with. I have used this company three times - windows, a flat roof and most recently, siding. With each project I found them to be exceedingly accommodating and helpful. The crews arrive on time are extremely professional. The work is expertly done and they go to great lengths to clean up after the job. My next project will be new doors and you can bet I'll go back to Transnational when I am ready to tackle that project. My house looks wonderful. I would recommend this company to family and friends alike. They are GREAT!
