      Horrible. Incompetent customer service and ordering process. I placed an order and selected the fastest available production time with rush delivery. Three weeks later, my order is nowhere to be found. Why? Because these geniuses put my order in a "pending file" because they didn't know "when I wanted my order." If a customer pays for rush production and delivery, do you think maybe they want their order ASAP and maybe you shouldn't sit on the order for three weeks to figure out how soon they want it? Unbelievable.

      We liked your tough nylon neck lanyards that the police used at our last campaign rally. They were less authoritative than having the police badge on a wallet, but just as effective. The officers were able to pass checkpoints and ID themselves easily when meeting officials. We also appreciate the attention and service we received from Lanyard Store during the ordering of these lanyards.
