There are not enough stars to rate Allen Village Jewelers, I have never met such kind people in my entire life. Razia is an angel on earth. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. The jewelry is magnificent and at very reasonable prices! Abesolutely love and adore them and their business.

While waiting for my husband at the eyeglass store I decided to go next door to Allen Village jewelers and have my engagement ring cleaned and take a look around. I have gone to many jewelers and have ALWAYS had my ring cleaned at no charge. The older gentleman working looked at my platinum Tacori setting and asked me if I would like him to put rhodium plating on it! What honest jeweler would suggest such a ridiculous thing to do to a beautiful setting? I said no thank you just a cleaning. He then took it in the back, five minutes later brought out my sparkling clean ring and proceeded to charge me almost $20 for the cleaning. I will never go back to that place again. I would NOT recommend Allen Village Jewelers to anyone.

This is by far the BEST jeweler in DFW! I recently needed to replace 13 diamonds in my very small very intricate art deco ring. I searched all of Plano and Dallas for a jeweler that would do it at a reasonable price. Every shop I went to quoted me $1000-$1500. They told me they would have to make a mold of the entire ring and build me a new one. I did not have the money for that. I searched online for Allen jewelers and they came up and the reviews said great service, great price! So I walked into their store and told them what I needed they said "This will no problem, we can do it for no more than $300.00" They tried to help me not just make money. I kept thinking this is to good to be true, they're going to start working on the ring and one prong will break and they come back and say, "It looks like we are going to have to make a mold of the ring and build you a new one, and that's gonna cost you about $1,000.00. But I never got that phone call. Two weeks later I came to pick up the ring and it looks brand new! All for $250,00!! They now know me by my first name and gave me a free 2 yr warranty on everyone of the stones in my ring. They are the sweetest and most helpful people, and they have a repeat customer for life!!

Very reasonable I took 3 watches in there to be repaired. It was alot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. They had it ready in one day and the lady didn't even charge me anything to take a link out of another watch. Razia was extremely helpful and the staff is very friendly. Although I'm not in the market for new jewelry, I was drawn here by their sponsorship in a local community forum that I'm a member of. I needed to have my wedding band and class ring resized; they did both at a great price and had the work completed in 24 hours (they do the work onsite rather than farming it out, far from guaranteed these days). The finished work was beautiful; they fit perfectly and were polished to a brilliant shine, and the price was very reasonable despite their address in the hottest retail development in the area. I'm very pleased with the work, and we'll soon have my wife's rings resized as well. Brad N.

I love this jewelry store. I've dropped off jewelry to be repaired twice and both times, they called me the very next day to let me know it was ready. The prices are reasonable. They aren't trying to rip you off like most jewelery stores. I needed a pin taken out of a watch and Ravia (I think that is her name) didn't charge me. I needed her to put it back in the next day and she said, "No problem." They are so nice in there and I really got excellent service. I highly recommend them!!

7/24/2010 Here you will find top notch service, and I can absolutely attest to that. Not only have I purchased items here, and had jewelry restrung...but I hastily locked my keys in my daughter's car. The couple that work here, and possibly own the place, could not have made me feel better. He immediately called security and they got me water, phone book, etc. Alls well that ends well, with an opened lock that is. They have beautiful pieces and the BEST prices I have seen anywhere.
