The service has always been punctual, courteous and efficient as long as we have owned our home in Altamonte Springs. They have likely given me a pass or two over the years for minor infractions or violtions I suppose with never a negative. It's a tough, fast paced route job most of us take for granted that it gets done. I personally appreciate the service I've been provided over the years.

The main jerk working there is Randy, he loves to intimidate his drivers and the supervisors suck up to him constantly! im suprisesed he's still there, i would have thought he would have outed by now!!!!!!

The men that pick up trash in the Altamonte Springs area are fantastic! Always friendly and just great guys. I've gone to hospitals and doctors offices in Orlando that could learn a thing or two on how to give coustomer service from that group of guys.

I love my garbage company, Waste Services! They never forget to pick up my trash.

I rent the house at 124 Gum St from Norris Hartzog. I bought a very good quality trash can with a very nice handle grip and lid on it 2 YEARS AGO. I am on route #739.All this time, no one has said anything about the size of the container,..and I DO NOT load it heavily...NEVER over 50 LBS. Today I got this card with it telling me UNDERLINED to have it at the curb by 6:00 am service day (I put it out the night before all the time) and then saying excessive can size.....this after 2 years? Yes, it is a 50 gallon container, but you know what? I have a herniated disc which makes it difficult to even move the can if it is too full. I have been laid off work since Dec. 31st, and if you think I can afford to go buy another $30-$40 trash can right now, you are wrong. I bought a good one on wheels which has lasted all this time, instead of a cheap one which falls apart in 6 months and leaves trash all over the place. I CANNOT believe you are doing this NOW.
