Following a car accident (with limited injury) I went to AEIOU for assessment. I knew that my shoulder, neck and back were hurting and needed re-assessment. The receptionist welcomed me, guided me through the paperwork highly efficiently. A nurse came out while I was completing insurance information etc and offered me ice or a hot pack. When I got into the examination room, the nurse was knowledgable and friendly. Then I met Dr. Ennis-Holcombe. She is "a PRO." She was friendly, asked essential questions and listened carefully to my answers and then conducted an examination. She was thorough, gentle and very assuring. She made her diagnosis clealry and in a way that I understood what she was saying. She gave me 2 options for treatment and offered me clear advice ... right to the point.
