I love Bobbles and Lace and always shop there when I want to find something fun and unique. The managers of the Andover store however, are extremely rude and pompous, which leads me to travel to the Newburyport location although the Andover store is closer. They barely acknowledge their customers unless a girl opens up the fitting room drape and they fake praise the outfit in order to persuade you to buy it. The younger one also had the nerve to tell me that a dress that my friend was buying, a size small, "won't fit you", and both my friend and I were horrified. I am only a size 2 and went home and tried her dress on and it fit me perfectly. Needless to say, their customer service and salemanship is horrible.
