Schwartz and Sons was founded in the city of Ham Lake in the 1960's. It was started by Edward Schwartz who envisioned the company as being a local General Contractor who serviced the needs of local homeowners and businesses. In 2005 Edward passed the business on to his grandson Ryan Schwartz. Ryan has taken the business into a more focused direction, now focusing on painting, drywall, wood finishing, and handyman work. However, the main goals of customer satisfaction and retention remain the same.
