The business targets the lower than average families, with lower than average quality teachers/caregivers. If lucky, you might end up with a good teacher; but most likely a bunch of high school grads who do not like kids at all. The turn-over rate is crazy.I would spend a bit more for a Motessouri or better preschool, so your kids have a better start.
