had a problem with management....have been to Lighthouse many times...if you give the team a tip they do a much better job washing the car...which I ALWAYS have...went there yesterday, gave a tip, the money collector did not let the team know I gave a tip...they did a poooooor job. Called the manager next day, he did not think I had a problem nor offer to rewash my car. My car looks very salty and dirty so I am headed to the car wash in Chelsea.

They pushed me through treating me as if I were just one more car. The back of my car was still dirty. I will not go back and plan to inform everyone I know.

Lighthouse is a great carwash to say the least. Those college kids really do great work, are very friendly, and know the value of a dollar.

My car is my 2nd most valuble investment, i take great care of her and ONLY want good workers to work on it. SO i take her to LIGHTHOUSE.

I always buy the whole package deal and throw them a $5 TIP and they take exceptional care of my car.
