Provided by YP.comDr Sukhon is great; however, his office personnel/office manager are TERRIBLE. After a YEAR of waiting to get my medical records (granted I wasn't pressed at the time) I finally desperately needed them and it took another MONTH of twice weekly calls and having to express my dissatisfaction loudly before they even put me in touch with that incompetant office manager. Apparently she had not even submmited the request yet to get them from off site (and this was a month of almost daily calls later) and it would be another week. She then had the nerve to bring up charges were necessary. Shouldn't that come up when I FIRST made the request? 5 star doctor, 0 Star Office. Would not go back unless he replaces them.
It's also impossible to get a hold of the actual Doctor by phone as his receptionists just claims its not their problem, the Office Manager - whom does not have normal working hours or a phone number - will contact you, which she never does.

Provided by Doctor.comAnyone looking for a Doctor, find another, this one is not for you. If he hurts you like he did me he will leave you out to dry with no concern with what he did or how much it cost you to get better. He destroyed my hearing 4 years ago. This is a handicap that will be with me the rest of life. Thanks Dr. Sukhon.

Provided by YP.comDr. Sukhon is an OUTSTANDING physician. I would recommend him to friends with no problem. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, takes time with his patients, shows concern, and is thorough. While I agree with the previous reviewer about the office manager (she does not know how to run an office or relate to the public), one should not base their opinions of a doctor on ONE office staff person as to whether they will return or not. It is the doctor's skills that are important, NOT an office person's. The best way to have handled that would have been to make a direct complaint to the physician regarding that individual. I did when they first took over the business and she gave me grief. Since then, I have not had any problems with her. It is a shame that one office staff member can cause patients to determine they no longer want to come back to one OUTSTANDING primary care physician. I refused to allow her to keep me from coming back as a good PCP is very hard to find these days. DO NOT allow one person to run you out of there -- especially if the doctor is taking excellent care of you. Report her behavior to him. Also, she is not there everyday all day. The other individual just happened to have an appointment on a day where she happened to have to bring them in. One can always ask one of the other girls if she will be there or not when you schedule your appointment. I would not trade Dr. Sukhon for anyone!

Provided by YP.comI went to this Doctors office. They were yelling at patients discussing and violating patients rights. The Office Manger had 5 children running around. Very unprofessional. She was yelling at patients and I will Never go back. Badddddddddddddddd
