      The Best Ann Arbor Pizza

      This place is to pizza what Zingerman's is to delis. Silvio is from Italy and it shows. He has all organic ingredients, the cheese is wonderful, and he has more toppings than anyone has ever heard of. Eggplant pizza is one of my favorites. He also has GLUTEN FREE pizza and soups, and an extensive selection of sandwiches and pasta. Tucked behind Sushi.com, he's not visible from the street and is a small place, but really, really, the best pizza you ever ate. He also has extensive vegan and vegetarian options, and pizza by the slice. Come here, you won't be disappointed!

      Silvio’s Organic Ristorante e Pizzeria is the destination for healthy, authentic Italian cuisine in Ann Arbor. We are proud of our quality and to be able to serve some of the finest Italian Pastas, Salads, Pizza, and Desserts in the Ann Arbor community. We provide Gluten free, Whole wheat, and Vegan options, as well as prioritize Organic and Locally Sourced ingredients. All of our Pastas and Pizzas are homemade and hand tossed and made to order using ingredients sourced from Silvio’s garden or local farms whenever possible. Our goal is to make both our team and our guests feel like friends and family.
