      My massage was supposed to be paid for by another family member as a birthday gift. The manager, couldn't find the account at first. I had to call my family member and they talked on my cell phone. My family member, who manages two branches of Massage Envy in another state, had an argument over the payment (very long story) and after manager told me everything was taken care of and that I could leave, canceled the gift card payment since the money for my first massage was to have come out of her account but they had taken that money - all of it - as a missed appointment fee when I went into the hospital due to sciatic pain that was so bad I couldn't move. Tonight I received a phone call threatening to report me to creditors. I would never recommend this location to anyone again. In addition to the payment/gift mess, the massage was cut short by five minutes, and I was treated like a criminal who was trying to get away with a free massage!
