They blow the " couch's whistle " loud to the point you lost your hearing, their very rude and unprofessional and need a class on manors! Oh have you heard the way they are they do not give any information that you need about your mail and I find that GROSS, YUCKY and UNHEARD OF and that turns me away from them! I hate what they do, you'd want to move out of Antioch period!!! They never ever ever ever even pick up the phone at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those **** *** ***** they are EVIL CLAWS! They deserve a raspberry for the work that they do! They are a disgrace to the profession!!!!!!

Everyone there has great customer service. Your in & out & they try to meet your needs. When I get to the counter with my son & ask for stamps they pull out the coolest ones (disney). One clerk wasn't to helpful & made me feel like an idiot. Other then that it's good.

The clerk was soooooo helpful. I wish all government entities operated with this efficiency! Had some issues with change of address, but they were cleared up with little to no effort on my part. She actually asked me to call back every other day to ensure that I was being properly taken care of.
