Simply great service and very friendly people there. I recommend this McDonald in Apex for speedy service.

I love this McDonald's!! I work down US1 in Moncure and I am always guaranteed to be up the exit, placing an order for egg white delight (no bacon) and caramel mocha and driving away in no more than 3 - 4 minutes. I have NEVER had to wait in line longer than that, and am back on the highway to make it to work on time. I may stop in 4 or 5 times in a month...if I'm not running late, and their service has always been consistent in the last 2 years that I've held my current job. I've never been to a McD's with faster service. Ever. And their McMuffins are not burnt like I used to get at another McD's... on a regular basis, after waiting in line - whether walk in or drive - for ages!! I only go to this McD's in Apex, unless it's the weekend and I have all the time in the world to wait at another one. That's how I see it. -Adrienne I. from Cary

Went in the store on April 22nd at 415, i was the only one in the store except for an employee eating at one of the tables and the other 3 behind the counter talking to eachother, as i waited in line the employee eating got up and walked right infront of me and went to the to go window. I waited and waited and waited no one acknowledged me and kept talking while one employees back was to me and the others were facing me but still they ignored me. Over 45 seconds had gone by without any service so i left. When i called the store a male answered and i asked to talk to a gm and could not understand a word he said but him saying "yes" as if he were the gm,i told him my experience and he mumbled something else and transfered me to ana, could not understand a word she said so i tried to explain my experience and she said something about a gm i could not understand and hung up on me. Terrible customer service on both ends, me and my family will never step foot in there again.
