My son has benefited immensely from the program. My son started about a year and a half ago. I remember being told that martial arts is good for teaching discipline and helping children focus. My son was having trouble in school and was diagnosed with ADHD. Since we have joined the program people have commented on how well he listens and how respectful he is to people! I believe the instructors have done a great job of working with him, and helping him to focus. They know when to be firm and when to praise him for doing a great job. This has also helped raise his self esteem, and teach him to not use his martial arts unless someone is going to hurt him. Thank you for all you do for our family! The Briski's
