we have a very old drain line and was not completely sure what kind of problem we had blocking it. he was very professional and when he realized he was going to run over the time that he had originally thought it would take to fix the problem, my husband and Mr.whitlock were in agreement that they were getting to close to the clog to stop trying at this point. And we knew we had to get it opened and we really trusted Ms Whitlocks processes and he had not damaged anything. He did finaly get the clog open and we will use this company and ask for the same Mr Whitlock.
