      Over 30 minute wait to check out with a basket full of merchandise while the store is full of clerks piddling, The TO BE THERE BUT APPARENTLY THE CUSTOMERS TIME AND SATISFACTION ISN"T PART OF THE PLAN. Do they really think they are the ONLY shopping option we have? Maybe the owner needs to READ a book on customer service instead of stacking the shelves with his own book on his success, HOBBY LOBBY has forgotten who is responsible for their success, THE CUSTOMERS
