      We’ve used Direct Pools for almost half a year, They didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and they broke our pool pump and said that they needed to replace the whole thing. Wanted to charge us an arm and leg to fix it and they emptied the pool multiple times for no reason. We called someone else to get a second opinion and they fix it under less than $100. They are just trying to scam new pool owners!
      After I had the work done by this new pool service company I don’t know why I didn’t switch sooner.
      I most definitely do not recommend this pool service at all.
