I'm on vacation , came to this store to find cowboy boots. All was great till I got up to the counter . The cashier removed the paper and plastic from the boots. I was getting my money out, not paying attention to her, she didn't put the boots back in the plastic and she took out the stuffing out. I usually keep my boots in original plastic and stuffing. I guess she decided I didn't need it wrong. I paid $299.99 so she chose to keep it. Unbelievable so if I returned them would they take it back as she gave them to me. I know the policy is to check the boots for size . Not throw out what they came in. When I bought myCoach purse they didn't throw out the stuffing . Go figure !
