WOW! I cannot believe the experience I just had! I called yesterday to ask prices, was quoted a price and agreed to bring it in this morning. They asked if I'd like to upgrade to premium. I inquired if the price was less, since my truck bed is smaller than an average truck bed, and I was told it's the same price, so I declined. I hand the keys to the guy to drive it around and begin. Two minutes later the owner comes back out and asks if it's recently been painted. I tell them, yes, a couple of days ago. He tells me that they can't do over the side of the truck bed. I ask why he didn't inquire as to whether it had been painted when I called. He said, "I have hundreds of customers, I don't have time to ask that!" So he says, we aren't doing your truck, storms off, and brings my key. I said that if a vehicle being freshly painted is a problem, he should ask that, when scheduling, as common courtesy. He was unprofessional and rude! I will NEVER give them business, and I DO NOT recommend!
