Is it normal for a flooring company to leave a HUGE mess after a laminate install? We used Affordable Flooring & Remodeling and they left thick layer of dust covering the entire house, so bad I could not see the floors. Holes in our walls, banisters and trim not replaced. They told me it is our responsibility to finish clean up and do wall repairs/painting. The craftsmanship was good but for all the $$$ we dished out I expected a finished & polished product.The cost for 2 levels was $12,000. This ultimately delayed our move in and cost us our deposit where we moved from. Left me feeling shocked and deflated.

We had Max and Mariya at Affordable Flooring install new vinyl in our Bath and Laundry area, new carpet and pad in our Family Room, refinish our hardwood in the Kitchen and install new hardwood in the Dining Room.



From the initial in-home quote by Max to the product selection in their store with Mariya to the professional installation, we could not have been more pleased! They are courteous and responsive; did the work when they said they would, how they said they would and for the price they quoted from the beginning. Their craftsmen were top-notch and treated our home as if it were theirs. Any mess was cleaned and vacuumed at the end of each day, tools stored in the garage and everything left with as little interuption to our daily routine as possible.
