Rick is not only highly qualified as an electrician, the integrity that he showed impressed us very much. He was very prompt in getting back to us and we appreciated that so much. He also has someone in his office (Erin O'Brien) that is fantastic. She returned my phone calls and emails quickly and went above and beyond answering my questions. Many times a person will deal with a company that doesn't get back to you and you have to make repeated phone calls. This is so frustrating. However, not the case with O'Brien Electrical Contractors.
