      Refused to refund items, even after explaining my situation. Excepted about $2-300 worth of resellable items for no compensation. They have lost a customer for good.

The company features products from various manufacturers, including Marvin Windows and Doors, Specialty Building Products, Boulder Creek Stone Products, Lavelle Company, Plasti-Fab, KraftMaid, TimberTech and James Hardie International. With annual sales of more than $12 billion, Ace Hardware operates over 4,500 hardware, home center and building material stores in nearly 70 countries worldwide. Headquartered in Oak Brook, Ill., the company maintains one of its stores in Aurora, Ill.
