General Info: Dr. Uno O. Barcelli Dr. Barcelli is triple Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Emergency Room Medicine. He was formerly an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine before joining the practice in 1992. He is the author of more than 60 articles and book chapters in the area of treatment of kidney disease. He has served on numerous hospital committees, including co-chairman of the Critical Care Committee for Wellstar Cobb Hospital. He has also chaired national committees for the American Society of Nephrology associated with his research in renal prostaglandins (hormones that regulate kidney blood flow). Dr Barcelli is fluent in English and Spanish languages.
