      Impossible to contact

      I ordered a software program by credit card four days ago It still has my order on hold for "payment processing." I have tried to call them at their 800 number and their other land-line number and have been on hold for more than an hour every day with no one answering the phone. If you want good service...STAY AWAY!!!
