Great on initial contact. Took a lot of calls and emails to get install on calendar. All the office personnel are very rude when you call. Delivery and installation went as scheduled. Had to go to their office for sign-off, and couldn't believe how much more rude the office employees were in person!



It's a shame because their installers were friendly and personable.



Would not use them again because not interested in helping them pay their very rude employees.

Arrow Glass is good on the initial call and on obtaining a quote, but they fail miserably on follow-up and communication. The failed to even order the glass they were scheduled to replaced until the day that they were scheduled to install it. They miss their deadlines and fail to follow their own commitments. If you need the work done and do not want the headache of having to run the project yourself I recommend using another service.

This company is far from professional. They are great about showing up to lock you into the deal but they are horrible at follow-up. If you have a couple of extra weeks to wait for you installation because of the companies failure to perform then by all means use Arrow Glass.

I am pleased to review the results of service call by Arrow Glass & Mirror Austin in repairing my glass shower enclosure, a company I chose at random. (The door wouldn't close...had slipped from channel at the top of door, and the frame had shifted.) For them, it seemed a simple repair, and I could have "simply broken it" had I continued my home repair! Knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, reasonable charge (even with a second home appt required)... What more could a customer ask of a service provider?! SGD.
