Knowledgeable, courteous, fair
We had a leaky kitchen faucet with a difficult setup. I was afraid the whole counter would need removal in order to access the faucet. The plumber was very knowledgeable, and was able to fix the multiple issues, and for very reasonable price. We had originally sought help from another plumber, who was truly incompetent, did not know the product (though it was a major brand), and identified only one of the multiple issues, which he was unable to fix. The plumber at Johnny Rooter was knowledgeable, fair, and able to completely remedy the situation at a reasonable price. Our faucet now works better than it has since we purchased our house 3 years ago.
Do not hire any service from this company, very rude person, I wish to had asked the name of the guy, the only thing I know is that he was a big fat angry person
This company helped us a lot when we looked at buying a duplex. They made a video of the main sewer line which indicated that the kitchen sink and the hall bath were dumping water into the ground (rather than into the sewer line). We never would have figured that out on our own! Johnny Rooter is a family owned business and they have been around for a long time. I trust them and I am sure they charge less than most of the competition. I highly recommend them.
