They were once a good company, but when the "Scare" hit their customer service went MIA. ZERO communication possible with them via phone or e-mail on any orders. I don't understand how the staff is so busy when they have nothing in stock to sell??? What really ticked me off was them e-mailing out a "Newsletter" asking for me to e-mail feedback, when I could not get simple question on an order answered in two weeks of fruitless calls and e-mails with zero replies.

DO NOT BUY FROM GLOCKPARTS.COM, this company is very disorganized and has rude customer service plus long wait times and false advertising. I placed an order for a couple barrels online and they showed as being "in stock", but apparently they have no way of seeing if they actually in stock until after you order. They will show shipping charges as orders coupled together, but then charge a separate shipping cost per item when they decide to send it. They also hide charges within the item and will charge your credit card WITHOUT your permission. The customer service woman, UNNAMED, refused to give me her name and was very rude over the phone and even yelled at me that she has important thing to do. So, in conclusion, DO NOT order from these people...you will be scammed and unhappy in the end like me.
