Casa Munoz is one of the better Mexican restaurants in Bakersfield. I love their Ground Beef Enchilada's and their beans and rice. They're very friendly and professional. Luis is our favorite waiter.

Really disappointed with this place! Booked the small room in the back for our small wedding. Before I booked it I asked Julie "the manager" if we had a time limit because I didn't want to rush my guest out and she told me "No if somebody else wants to book it the same day they would be out of luck". The night of the wedding she told us we had til 7:30, I was ok with that. At 6:45 her father the owner came in telling us we had 15 mins to get out and he started complaining about our purses hanging on the chairs and rushing us out the door. We had booked it for 30 people and it only fit 20. The food was good. It was our special day and we got rushed out after telling us nobody would be able to book it the same day and her father being rude.

I wouln't recomend this place. The service is good. But the food is not to bragg about. Very tasteless no seasoning at all you ask the servers and they have no knowledge of how the food is cooked or prepared. I tried other places much better just around the corner and not that expensive.

We have tried almost every Mexican restrurant in town, as far as we are concerned CASA MUNOZ has the best food & friendlest personal by far of any the other Mexican restrurants in town.
