Very rude and standoffish staff. Over the years I've stopped by there with a pocket full of money ready to spend it and each time I try I get poor/rude service. I've even left my number telling them to give me a call when they have what im looking for (chevy engines which they get often) and i never get a call back. Maybe you'll have a better experience than me, good luck.

Mary was great. I almost ordered the wrong part from a know it all parts counterman at the yard I called before Higgins. She asked a few more questions -and it turned out to be the correct part---

this place is great. they go out of their way to help you, it's clean and well organized. the people are very friendly.
