Kern Wildlife Taxidermy is located in Bakersfield, California, in Kern County. Doing taxidermy is not just a job to me, it's a passion. I love adding extra detail in mounts, and try to do whatever I can to make the mount stand out. At Kern Wildlife Taxidermy quality comes before anything else. I trained under Master Taxidermist, Donnie Bennett, and then worked alongside him before he turned the business over to me and retired. I take pride in the artwork of producing a mount that will last for generations. I use reference photos of live animals to guarantee your mount will look as life-like as possible, giving you a work of art that reminds you of that special hunt every time you look at it. I was taught to personalize and customize each mount rather than producing cookie-cutter mounts that all look alike. I look forward to hearing about your hunt, and working on your mount.
