This is my second review posted-ever-just goes to show you...

Roman the owner who likes to brag his has been in business for 27 years is a over zealous, arrogant person! (to say the least)

Roman assured me that he would be able to provide me with the garage door wanted. He stated he has a supplier in LA who has this particular model in stock. I was excited and ready to go. Now the issue is getting a contractor to come to my home. With 2 no-shows and much time off of work, I still had faith in Roman. I called to see where there guys where and his answer simply was, we dont communicate with that supplier anymore.. and I am pulling from the job. I stated- How can you treat your customers like this, he said and I quote, " I dont have to explain myself to you, I have been in business for 27 years". Well we will see how that goes!!!

Jason came out within 20 minutes of my call. Replaced our 2 car garage door spring and serviced and lubed all rollers and motor screw. I am very happy with his work and he is professional and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend King Door, their service is fast and great quality. Will use them again in the future.

I had an issue that caused my garage door to not work properly. Kurt in the call center was very informative and sent out a technician asap. Jason was the name of the technician sent out. He fixed my garage and was very professional. Overall it was a great experience using King Door. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Thanks again!

He was in and out had a new door and was like he was never there. second gentleman installed my motor named Ronnie. great guy good personality actually talked me into upgrading to a side mount motor and very glad he did.
