Mercy Southwest is a very nice place to go. Mercy downtown is also. I believe Mercy S.W.took the extra time to find out exactly what was wrong with my leg. Probably saved my leg. The staff all were great ,Olga was the person I saw the most. All were very attentive and concerned about everyone there in E.R. room I was in. Great I would go back and recommend them.!!!!

The staff has great empathy for their patients and the patient's family. They never come across as if you are a burnden to the staff. Always are well staff with caring professionals, from the wonderful people in registration, the nursing staff, and the always ready to respond medical translators.



I will always from now on due to the past three experiences there make any of my doctors to attend to my family and me at Mercy South West.
